General Information and Conditions
Winmarc Group, LTD (dba Winmarc Vacation Adventures) sponsors/organizes the travel adventures and is not responsible for any injury, damage, accident, delay, loss occurred by acts of the participants. It is your responsibility to comply with the conditions, requirements and terms of any service provider, or any state or country or governmental authorities, or to bear any cost or losses as a consequence of your actions.

Tour Costs
Tour costs are based upon current airfares, coach charges, tariffs, currency values, and on the basis of a minimum number of participants. While we will do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, they are subject to change.

Minimum Participant Count
A minimum number of participants are required to operate all tour programs. Departures are based on meeting the minimum number of participants; however trips are subject to cancellations that fall below the minimum participant count or a surcharge may be added to maintain obligations to service suppliers.

Deposit Date
Deposits must be received by Winmarc at the time of booking in the amount set in the tour section.

Final Payment
Final payment must be received by Winmarc Vacation Adventures at least 30 days before tour departure unless stated for specific tours in the Explore Destinations tour sections. The tour booking may be cancelled by Winmarc Vacation Adventures if the deposit or final payment is not received by due dates.

Late Bookings
Reservations made within 30 days of tour departure require full payment.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Fees: Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply, unless stated for specific tours in the Explore Destinations tour sections. If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of our suppliers will be charged, plus the following per person charge:

Tour Cancellation
Winmarc Vacation Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule and tour departure in accordance with operating requirements and circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Winmarc Vacation Adventure’s only liability will be to refund to the participant the amount it has received for the tour booking, less the amount unrecoverable from the various services contracted out.

Refund Policy
Winmarc Vacation Adventures cannot be responsible for delays and changes in services ,sickness, weather, or other factors beyond its control. Any refund owed to you will be made directly to your credit card or other reasonable means. Refunds are based money’s recovered from contracted out services. No refund will be made for unused group services. No refund will be returned for missing sightseeing venues or meals, etc.
